How to Post Topics in the Forum

Welcome to our guide on how to post topics in our Community forums.
In this article, we'll walk you through the process step by step, ensuring that you have the necessary tools to effectively communicate your needs and maximize your experience with our portal.
Step 1 - Make sure you're signed in to the portal. In case you haven't created your profile yet, check out
this guide.
Step 2 - Go to the Community tab (either on the menu bar or from the home page).
Step 3 - Click on the specific Forum category (example "General Questions") and Click on "Add topic" button.
Step 4 - Select the topic type and submit your message.
The following topic types are available in the Forum:
- Discussion - Any topic that is intended for discussion with other members can be selected under discussion.
- Announcement - You can select this topic type when you have an announcement.
- Question - You can raise a question for using this topic type.
- Idea - You can share your ideas with the other members and have interactions in community.
- Problem - You can provide insights into issues that other members may have encountered.
